Emergency Contacts

I am trying to enter additional emergency contacts. I have mother and father in contact 1 and 2. But there are no fields for 5 and above.

The instructions say:
Please list each parent or guardian, then at least 3 emergency contacts that are not parents or guardians if possible.

*Note:The first 4 fields are for Parents/Gardians and step parents only. Fields 5 and above is for additional emergency contact.

Hi @dills444

While you are filling out the enrollment form you should have the option to add the contact. If you do not get the option then you would need to contact your District who should be able to assist you in adding a new emergency contact.
