Cannot submit the New enrollment form

Good morning,

I am trying to submit the new student enrollment form for my child for the past few days. Once you hit the submit tab the browser just scrolling on “ submitting updates “ without any confirmation. I checked all the fields and uploaded documents.I tried different web browsers Chrome, Firefox and edge and all have same issue. Please help.
