Need assistance accessing both children's PS accounts in different districts

Hello!

I'm not sure if I am sending this to the correct forum, however my children attend two different schools/districts- my son is a sophomore in HS at St Mary's HS - PS Code: BGXG (PS is new to their school this year), my daughter is in 5th grade in Eden Central School district - PS Code: MPMB. When my son was in Eden, I had no problem with PS in the Eden district and having access to both children's accounts. Now that my son has transferred to SM's, I cannot access his account there and I need help trying to get both kids squared away on my account - can someone help?

Each school district has it's own PowerSchool login. While the product is the same the schools are likely not connected so you would need a separate account at both schools.
