Creating Parent Account and linking students in SIS

Hello, I am new the country and trying to create this account but I do not have Access ID and Password required to link my children to my account, which means I am unable to create an account. Could you please help me find this Access ID and Password? Thank you kindly.

Your student’s Access ID and password are generated and administered by your school district to protect your student’s information.

If you have not received an Access ID and password, we would suggest contacting your school district directly to receive them. However, there are a few steps mentioned in this article that you can take before contacting your school.
