Pre-Registration Form Online

I'm trying to pre-register my son at Dorman High School in Spartanburg, SC. I went to the click to pre-register student 2022-2023 school year. I put in the email I had forgotten the password so I had to reset it. I then reset the password then it said the email had already been attached to another account and wouldn't let me move any further. What do I do now I'm not sure how to get past this? I'm not sure what it is asking for.
