Adding snap code

I’m trying to add proof of residency and it asks for the snap code to be entered. I enter it and it doesn’t recognize it. I contacted school and it’s close for the summer. Anybody else having problems?

Hi @Szavala87

You would first want to make sure you are filling out the correct Returning Student form for 2022-2023 as the Snapcode will only be accepted if the form is correct.

If the form is correct, you would want to make sure that there is no space in the beginning or end while entering it because that would make the Sanpcode characters more than 15 and lead to an error.

If you have verified the above steps and still get this error message, I would recommend that you report this to the district and request them to resend the correct form link/Snapcode so that you can proceed with the registration.
