I am trying to be able to upload a form letter to the online portal to be able to send out to parents to remind them of missing documentation to complete there registrations. I don't see the option in the 2022-2023 portal to do this. We had used this in the past.

If you are not able to upload the form letter for 2022-2023 in the enrollment portal, it could be that the 2022-2023 academic card is yet to be built. However, to have a look into the setup, we recommend that you reach out to PowerSchool Support through a case by directly clinking on this link.
