New student enrollment

We are moving to the Charlotte area and I filled out the enrollment forms for my 3 school-aged children. It’s been a couple weeks and we still haven’t gotten a student ID number to make sure they are registered with a school. Does anyone know how long it’s supposed to take? I’d like to transfer them to a language program but cannot until they are in the system at their local school.

Thank you for posting your question. I understand your concern but you would want to reach out to the enrollment department of your school district as they would be in a better position to guide you with the next steps in your child's enrollment process.

You might want to verify if your form was submitted successfully following the steps in this article. Additionally, I recommend watching out for any email communications from your school district.
