Unable to submit School Transfer Application 2022-2023

I have filled out my sons school transfer form, and when I hit submit it continues to send it back saying parent/guardian name, phone, email, and signature are required, even after I have filled it out. Not sure if this is a glitch, or I am doing something incorrectly. Please advise.

If the green “Submit” button on the Summary page is a faded green instead of bright green, this means that there is something on the form that is preventing you from submitting it. This could be caused by a required field that is missing information or a field with information entered in an invalid format. I recommend reviewing this article that will guide you with the steps to make sure that you are not missing on any required field in your registration form.
