    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to submit an application for an In-District Transfer through the AAPS system and I am unable to submit the form (2/28/22) because the fourth drop-down menu selection for the In-District Transfer alerts me that this option is "currently unavailable" even though it is advertised as available in the website's main page for this form.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The situation was resolved once I called one of the local schools that same morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
