I was wondering if there is a way that you could transfer one student from one parent portal to the other.

You should be able to add a Student to your Parent Portal account. The following article should be able to provide more information.

Parent Portal is managed by the school or district. If you are not able to add a student to your Parent Portal account, they can help associate a student with your Parent Portal account.
