One contact must have a priority of 1.

I cannot assign my primary contacts the designation of 1 and 2 so I keep getting this error. The fields are greyed out. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @PirtleE,

Some of the common reasons that prevent the Enrollment form from being submitted are as follows:

If the primary phone number is the same as the secondary phone number.
If the contacts that have been added do not have the priority set.
If two contacts have the same priority the forms will not submit.

The priority should be set in chronological order without duplicate priorities. I recommend reviewing this article that should walk through how to set up the priority of contacts required within the registration form.

I logged back in and none of these issues existed in my form. Unless these values or something else was changed by someone behind the scene as a result of my query the issue seems to have resolved itself. I logged back in and the forms greyed out fields are now editable. Thank you for your reply.
