There are no additional access points on my Dashboard screen to get to forms

I registered for a new account with school provided snap code and once it opens to the Dashboard screen there are no other buttons to access forms. I have added the students name and date of birth but it will not allow me to access anything else. How do I find the forms. The student name is also not appearing anywhere on the dashboard screen or anywhere on any screen.
