Can't provide proof of residence

Hi,

My cousin/family will be living with us for sometime and his son will be going to high school this year. How do they provide proof of residence in the enrollment form.

They are living with us for free.

I was able to discuss this with the school and they provided info that I can submit an Affidavit of Residence as proof.
