error message at electronic signature

I found an error in the online registration.

But I can't understand that my signature doesn't match the name for parent one.

The name at the electronic signature is same at the medical page's one.

Could you tell me what the problem is?

Thank you for providing the screenshot.

The error messages can be because of the following reasons.

1. There is a space or symbol in the Parent1 First Name and/or Last Name fields on the Family page and the signature field of the Medical Page of the form.

2. The case (uppercase/lowercase) does not match the Parent1 First Name and Last Name fields on the Family page and the signature field of the Medical Page of the form.

3. The Signature format is not in the same format as First Name<space>Last Name (same case) as on the Family page and the signature field of the Medical Page of the form.
