We submitted all the required paperwork in May, 2021, and have confirmed this through speaking with the office of student assignment. We were told our application is "complete, but not delivered." We called the phone number for her school (Southwest Elementary) three times, and have not heard back. We are terrified out daughter will be unable to start school on time, and are unsure where to go to for help at this point.
