Cannot Register Child - Error Message: Unable to Start Form

Both my ex husband and I cannot access the registration portal to register our son. We both get the following error: Unable to Start Form: The registration for this student was already started or submitted within a different parent account. This form can only be linked to one account. This morning I changed the user id and password and email address tied to this account, that's it, and now we are both locked out! HELP!

I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment administrators in your school district who should be able to assist you further on this.
