Unable to retrieve username or password for PowerSchool

I am trying to enroll my son for kindergarten for the next school year. He had already previously attended pre-K through the school district. I'm trying to retrieve my log in credentials to log into the power school website but am not having any luck.

I was told that since he had already been enrolled in pre-K that he would be a returning student and to use my previous log in credentials for power school.

Can someone help me get my username and password so I can log into the power school website?

Hi @Nichole87,

You should find the steps to reset your Parent portal username and password here.

If you have an existing Parent Portal account you should be able to receive your username and password using the “Forgot Username or Password?” option. If you do not have an existing account, you can find the steps to create a new account below.
