Submission Confirmation Link Not available for me to make a copy

I submitted new enrollment for my son to start K for the new school year Everything went through and I got an email- Submission Confirmation, but the link to make my own copies isnt there. Also I got hold of someone at the school and was told they dont see it- new to this county- what should I do?

Hi @manishaV,

Some schools or districts have multiple student registration forms for an Enrollment year. Please make sure that you are filling the correct Enrollment form. If you are unsure of the correct form, please reach out to the school or district for a direct link to the correct Enrollment form.

Similarly, if the Print option on the submitted form email is not working, please reach out to the school district to report the issue. The Enrollment forms are specific to each school district and any information regarding submission and enrollment information is controlled by them.
