My Daughter Meets DOB Requirement, but Will NOT Allow Kindergarten Registration

I have completed the registration for my daughter going into kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year, but continue to receive an error message stating that she "must be 5 by September 1".My daughter is already 5 (DOB: 11/01/2015) but it will not allow me to submit. Does anyone have a solution?

So sorry you are having issues with this! Have you contacted the school or district registration? It sounds like the validation for that field is set incorrectly and they'll need to adjust it so you (and other parents) can submit their child's form.
