Many of our families are having a difficult time utilizing Powerschool. Does anyone know of a video tutorial for families or a document that provides an easy outline on how to use powerschool - from a family perspective?

We have a great knowledge base article for using the PowerSchool Mobile App. I recommend reviewing the article to help you get started using the PowerSchool Mobile app.

We also have an article on the explanation of pages within parent iOS app that will walk you through all the sections on the iOS app.

@MuskanS Those are good resources for the mobile app.... do you happen to have any for the web-based portal accounts? @kdidomenico I appreciate you bringing this up as our families have a difficult time accessing the forms in the portal account. It would be great to have access to documentation or videos to share.

Currently, there is not any article or video for web-based portal accounts, however, parents can review the Enrollment Family Knowledge Base that will walk through the queries related to accessing the Online Enrollment forms, Enrollment accounts, Enrollment Form functions, Enrollment payment, Submitted Enrollment forms, etc.
