Shelby County Schools TN Student Learning Preference 2020-2021

I am trying to submit my request for our learning preference, and we keep receiving an error message: No Changes Detected--Update at least one field in order to submit this form. Upon opening the form, Option 2: VIRTUAL was already selected. Once I tried submitting my choice----I keep receiving the same message. I will not select Option 1: IN-SCHOOL as that is not what we'd like at this time.

Is there a way to fix this issue?? I've included the picture below.

I am sorry that you are having difficulties while selecting the options. As the forms are designed by the school district and it is specific to each school, I recommend reaching out to the school district who should be able to assist you further.
