Returning Student update Form 2020-2021

The secretary of my son's school asked me to update his contact information. However, every time that I get into the RSU it says: Record Not Ready to be Started The matching roster record in PowerSchool Enrollment (Student 21****) is not yet ready to be started

What should I do in this case?
