New Student registration

Hello,

I have applied for my children school admission in the 4th and 11th grade new to HISD, for the 4th grade I visited the school and submit all the required documents so the registration process made a significant progress, however, for the 11th grade i am zoned to the Bellaire High school, the school is not submitting face to face documents and I did not hear from the online application. As, next week the online classes will start, I am concerned that my child admission has not left out, please need help where should I contact ?
