Tried to register my daughter, for some reason her date DOB does not match the file, what can I do to fix the problem?

Multiple reasons can cause you to receive the error “Date of birth does not match”, most common would be the school may not have the same birthdate or format, like the birthdate you are entering within the Enrollment site. I recommend contacting your child's school to confirm the date in which the school has for your child's birthdate. The school can change the birthdate within its Student Information System if needed.
