Unable to complete Registration

Hello,

I hope everyone is doing well, I am having a hard time completing registration due to the part of Family and Emergency contact, stating missing information, I have looked over and over and all the information is accurate and completed. I have tried calling the district, the school for assistance and there is no answer. Please advised or provide a good contact number for assistance. Thank you in advance.
