Hi, I need some help. When I go to start a new registration for my son it says unable to locate record with matching ID. This is his 1st year and going into kindergarten. Also it brings up the return registration for my daughter that has already been completed.

If you are receiving the error message "Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID" while registering your son, the reason could be that there has been a mistake in the form where the Student ID has not been linked properly within the school and PowerSchool's portal. I recommend reaching out to your son's school as they should be in a better position to assist you with the issue.
