Changing Physical Address on Annual Student Update Form

I was requested by my daughters school to fill out the "Annual Student Update 2020" form, however I am in need of making a change to the Physical Address on this form and it isn't allowing me to do that.

Can anyone please help me figure it out as quickly as possible so I can get this form submitted.
