Cannot Update Name

I am unable to update our family names on the Enrollment form. They are pre-populated from my childs previous school year, but I got married since then and all our names have changed. The enrollment form is not allowing me to update anyones names - mine, my husbands, or our daughters.

I can click on the box and highlight it, but cannot make changes.
I have tried updating it through my profile but that did not work either.
How can I update our names?

I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you with correcting the student details on their database.
