Password Reset Issues

I am trying to log in to Home Access Center via the link sent for returning registration. I am unable to remember my username/password. I have clicked the link to reset, but I never receive an email. How can I retrieve my username and reset my password in order to log in? I have waited overnight, and checked my spam folder and it isn't there either. Thanks!
