The Returning Student Information Update

OK so I just received the email pertaining to The Returning Student Information Update. I just used my parent credentials to login and 2 of my children are showing which is correct (my 9th grader and 5th grader) my daughter will be in 1st so she isn't in the Power School portal. Anyway it says to select which student we wish to register then select the returning student info update link in the lower left corner??? Am I blind? I do not see such a thing. I click on Annual Re-registration and receive this message:

There was a problem with the sign in process.

Please contact your school or the Support Team for assistance.

I am sorry that you are facing difficulties with Returning Student Information. In order to further assist, I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment Section of your school district who should be able to help you with the difficulties you are having.
