Powerschool Reset for Log-In

I am trying to reset my password so that i can register my child for school this year. I have clicked on the forgot username/password and it won't send me an email so that i can fix this.

Can you please assist?

I have tried that and changed the username and password under that link, but it won't let me into the Power School. I have also tried to reach out to the school but due to the summer no one is answering.
