I am not a parent and I get emails about some kid

Hi,

This is the third time someone in the Horry County School system has used my email address as their parent's email address. I have no children and live one thousand miles away.

I've contacted the school, and spoken to the PowerSchool support at some point, but nothing has worked.

How do I remove my email address from this system?

Help, pls.

Hi @notaparent,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the same. While PowerSchool does not have access to accounts and databases, these are managed by the school district. I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment administrator of the school district and they should be able to assist you in removing your email address from the system.
