Registration 2020

I have logged into my account to register my daughter for school and all that shows up on my dashboard is all the previous years of registration for my kids. There is no link to start the registration process for this year, but there are instructions referring to what to do if you have "submitted a form", "are returning to finish a form"or "need to start a new form", however no link to do any of those things. So how do I register my daughter for school? The same school she attended last year.
