Enrollment 2020-2021

When I attempt to register my children, I get this message....An Unexpected Problem Has Occurred. Etc.
I have already attempted the troubleshooting advice that was outlined to others, with no avail.
Any other suggestions?

I also got the same error, after enter snap code and date of birth for the kid, then I got stuck there and getting unexpected error. The due date is tomorrow and I don't know what to do now.
