Hi,

I am trying to register my son as returning student but not able to edit the address in verify return screen as our address has changed.

Hi! @aggarwalsumit,

If you are trying to change information on a form, but there’s a gray box over that field, you will not be able to edit that information on the form yourself. We recommend you go ahead and submit the form as-is; then, please contact the school directly to let them know about the information that needs to be updated.

I recommend reviewing the article on Read-Only Fields Information is Incorrect and Can’t be Changed.
