I can't make it past the contacts page

I'm trying to enroll my kids for next year, returning students. On the contacts page it lists contacts 1, 2, 5, 6, 7. Not sure where 3 & 4 went! I'm trying to delete #7, it won't delete and it won't let me move past this form or go back to the previous form. help!!

I am sorry about the difficulties that you are experiencing while trying to enroll your child as a returning student. I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you better with the issue and complete the enrollment procedure.

No, I wasn't. Just to contact the school, which is closed. I don't think this is a school problem, i think it's a PowerSchool problem

I couldn't get it to work on Internet Explorer, but once I went to Google Chrome everything worked properly.
