Phone Number Issues

I have finally been able to log in to register my child for school. I need to update some of the phone numbers in the system. When I try to input in the requested format (with dashes), there isn't enough space for the last 2 digits. When I put the number in without any dashes, I am told that the format is incorrect.

I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties submitting the Enrollment form to your school district. We have already reported this issue to our Enrollment teams who are working to fix this.

Meanwhile, I recommend connecting with the Enrollment Family support team who should be able to assist you in enrolling your child in the school district.
