On the form I am not able to correct the name of my studens upcoming high school. I was told by his 20-21 High School that it would be changed in the system, but it hasa not been changed. I do not want to complete thde form with inaccurate school information.

Hi! @samemiliamom,

If the registration form has already been submitted or if you are trying to change information on a form, but there’s a gray box over that field, you will not be able to edit that information on the form yourself. We have great articles on editing the information on the form, I recommend reviewing the Editing a Submitted form and Read-Only Fields information can’t be changed articles in the community.
