Technical issues - can't upload proof of residency

I have tried to upload jpeg for the proof of residency. The page just says waiting on powerschool.com and never uploads.

I am sorry you were having issues uploading the proof of residence document. I recommend ensuring that the file size does not exceed 2 MB or 2000KB. I have attached an article here that should help walk you through the process of uploading a document.
