Required Forms

I accepted my daughters seat for Kindergarten, but I'm not sure what to do from there. I know there are requires forms that I am supposed to send such as her immunization records and such, but where do I find the area that I am supposed to attach them or fill them out? I want to make sure I do everything in a timely manner so she doesn't lose her spot.
Can someone please inform me on where to look to complete her registration and acceptance?

Hi @TVLeier,

The school district should be sending you a correspondence either through an email or a letter providing the Access ID or Access password to access Parent Portal and fill the required forms for enrollment.

If you have not received any correspondence from the school, I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you in completing the registration and acceptance.
