Cannot upload documents

I am trying to register my daughter for kindergarden (2020-2021) but am having difficulty uploading the custody document which is required. The document is in .pdf form but when I convert it to .doc or .docx there is missing information because these are court documents that have been signed.

How do I solve this issue?

Hey @cdlincoln!

If you are facing information loss while converting the custody document from (.pdf) format to (.doc) or (.docx), I recommend compressing the document in a pdf file of smaller size within the memory limit. This should prevent any missing information from the custody document.

There are a lot of free online pdf-compressing sites which you can always access. I am providing the link to an online pdf-compressing site here.
