error message: Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID

I am trying to register my son for high school next year and keep receiving this message:Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID. I have taken the link from the MVWSD website that says 'register a current student' which takes me to Powerschool and to my sons page. I click on the link on the lower left that says 'Returning student registratioin'. Then I receive the above error.

Hello @TBrilon,

If you are receiving the error message "Unable to Locate Record with Matching ID" while registering your son, the reason could be that there has been a mistake in the form where the Student ID has not been linked properly within the school and PowerSchool's portal. I recommend reaching out to your son's school as they should be in a better position to assist you with the issue.
