Will not let me register child for pre-K

I followed the instructions very carefully and reviewed the form about 10 times but still get the grayed-out submission button to register. It doesn't list any of my entries as invalid, and I followed the format guidelines for dates, phone numbers, etc. No clue what the issue is. Do all of the uploaded documents have to be a certain format?! Thanks...

Do you get the error message "Your student must be 4 years old by August 31st in order to enroll in Pre-K?" If so, I think the registration form is broken and needs to be fixed.

No, just the grayed out button... no idea what’s wrong. Thanks for the thoughts though.
