Hi,

My name is Ann Schrempp and I have a son, Arthur Schrempp who is a 7th grader at Valley View Middle School in Edina, Minnesota and a daughter, Odetta Schrempp, who is a senior at Edina High School in Edina, Minnesota. I am not able to access their Schoology. I have tried to do a password reset on both of my primary emails- annschrempp@gmail.com and Ann.Schrempp@fairview.org,

This is not working. Would it be possible for you to send me a password resent whichever email is linked to my children?

Please help.

I understand your situation, Ann. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to reset Schoology accounts or send password links directly. The best next step is to contact Valley View Middle School or Edina High School’s tech support team (often through the district’s IT helpdesk). They can confirm which parent email is linked to your children’s Schoology accounts and issue a proper reset.
In the meantime, you might also check if the district uses a parent portal (sometimes called Infinite Campus or similar) where Schoology access is managed. If you log in there, you may find account recovery options.

My suggestion: reach out to Edina Public Schools IT Helpdesk or the schools’ main office. They’ll be able to greenskyonline login securely verify your identity and send the correct reset link.
