Enrollment Express

I have a pre-registered student in Enrollment Express who has not moved from Enrollment Express over to the Enrollment School in PowerSchool after I "approved her pre-registration". Not sure what I did wrong -- not sure what I even did! 🙂

The parent completed the Pre-Registration for Enrollment twice. I think when I "checked for duplicates" in Enrollment Express, I merged the two. Or maybe I rejected one and approved one. Whatever the case -- now one shows in Enrollment Express as "Approved" and one shows as "Rejected". But the student does not show up in the Enrollment School.

Hi @michelle_lindhorst

This seems to be an issue with the system setup. You would need to report this issue to a Technical Contact of your district so that they can work on this with Powerschool Support through a case and have a look into the form settings.
