Hello,

When our senior class graduates, we roll the students over to the "Graduated Students" school in our PS instance. When we look at the Quick Lookup screen, it usually shows Quick Lookup Graduated Students with no classes. But for the class of 2026, for some reason, two schools are showing up on the Quick Lookup tab - the Graduated Students school (as expected) and SFHS - which is the school each student was previously reenrolled in. Additionally, all of the courses a student was enrolled in also display.

It doesn't seem like a big problem, but I am concerned that this is indicative of a data issue causing the display to be wonky. Has anyone else seen this? I've made sure all the enrollment and exit dates are not overlapping but that doesn't address the issue. I've attached a screenshot so you see what it looks like.

thanks,

Melissa

I have seen multiple tabs for remote enrollments, but I have never seen any Graduated Students Quick Lookup. See the attached image. I suggest you turn off Customizations and see what it looks like.
