From what I could find, Analytics & Insights does not currently include a global search feature where you can enter a PowerSchool database field name and identify its corresponding table or dataset. Instead, fields are organized within a semantic model using business-friendly names. The most effective approach is to browse or search within individual datasets (e.g., Students, Enrollments) and look for equivalent field names conceptually rather than by database naming. Users build their own crosswalk between PowerSchool database fields and A&I fields over time, as there is not a direct one-to-one mapping available in the system.

Hi All,

Is there a way to find the equivalent of a PowerSchool database field in Analytics & Insights?

Specifically, is there a search feature in Analytics where I can enter a field name and identify which table the field belongs to?

Thanks.
