&lt;P&gt;Including the reporting terms inside the school year when no sections are scheduled to the school year is incorrect. You won't get any reporting terms associated with the sections and your PTPro won't work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't really like the tail wagging the dog - MyPowerHub dictating how to set up PSAdmin scheduling - but you *could* replicate the reporting terms up in the school year to make them happy. Without any sections scheduled, it wouldn't hurt anything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But strictly speaking, that would be incorrect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Perhaps the MyPowerHub team has to do some investigating around that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Reporting Terms Set up - Trimesters</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are on Trimesters and this is how we have set up our Reporting Terms are set up.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We have done it this way for the last 20 years - since being on PowerSchool.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PowerSchool is telling me that we have to put the Terms under the YEAR instead of as a separate bin in order to get the assignments tab in MyPowerHub to work.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone understand the difference of doing it the way we are doing it vs the way PowerSchool is telling us to do it?&amp;nbsp; What will change?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are your classes scheduled into Trimesters, or do you have a full-year course with trimester reporting terms?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your classes are scheduled for a full year, creating the trimesters in Years &amp;amp; Terms is a waste of time. Years and Terms are scheduling terms. Reporting terms are grading terms.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have attached an image of a full-year class with trimester reporting terms.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our classes are scheduled for a single Trimester, not a year. Each trimester is independent. The trimester grading bins are also separate and do not bleed up into the year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For what it's worth, we too are a trimester school, but DO NOT have any traditional year long classes. Our students only take five classes at a time, with longer periods and more minutes a week than a traditional 6 or 7 period semester system would allow.&amp;nbsp; This is how we have our reporting terms listed. Disregard P1, P2, P3. Those are basically progress (six week) grades that we store.&amp;nbsp; I don't think we;'ve ever had any issues doing it this way.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree and that is why I am struggling.&amp;nbsp; I need MyPowerHub to work but I also need PowerSchool to work the way it always has for our teachers and students.&amp;nbsp; So that is why I am seeking to understand the differences in the set-up and I cannot get PowerSchool to explain that difference to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://help.powerschool.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/105771"&gt;@ciaostacie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;They are exactly the same.&amp;nbsp; The first one is for 2025-2026 and the second one is just for Trimester 1 from reporting terms.&amp;nbsp; You can ignore the suppress percentage display.&amp;nbsp; We have a full Rigor with Redemption program at Saint Mary's and do things such as (a) not showing any overall grade percentages, (b) turned off grade and attendance notifications on the app, (c) turn off (suppress grades) the night before final exams all the way until report cards are sent out.
