Date/Time Stamps for Change History

Is anyone familiar with the Date and Time Stamps within PowerSchool? Looking for information regarding how long this information is Stored for School Enrollment Changes. I have a Student who is a 2024 Graduate with a School Enrollment date of 9/6/2023. Is it still possible to see when that Enrollment was created and by Who? Please Advise.. Thank you!

Change History records are purged during the EOY process (records older than 365 days). However, you should be able to look at the "Log" field on the student record.

It is a basic student field, so you can see it with Quick Export, Custom List, or selecting the student and going to DDE and exporting. I attached an image from one of my test servers.
